The most publicised of these is Sunny Victory in Sunny Beach. The complex consists of four buildings created using the latest construction technologies, as well as a wide range of entertainment areas - two outdoor swimming pools, pool-bar, lobby-bar, barbeque area, children's playground, a convenience store and underground parking spaces - all these comforts located at just 200 meters away from the beach.
The first building with separate apartments consists of three main corpuses whose floor numbers are different. These are joint volumes of three, four, five and six floors that are positioned to maximally overlook the sea. They are ideally situated in relation to the geographic latitude and longitude in order to get the proper sun radiation, shading, ventilation and conditioning, in accordance with the estate configuration.
